Promod briefed was to create two concepts stores that reflect their values and expertise.

My role

My work was to conduct thorough quantitative and qualitative user research to understand their customers, conduct workshops with stakeholders, art directing the general looking & feel. Pitch ideas which had to work for both the customers and the technology stack available, work along side with interior designers to make sure the ideas would work and fit on the physical space that was also been created.

Research

We started going to Paris to visit few stores, collecting information about the brand, the staff, the customers, taking photos of the space, talking to different managers and browsing the collection.

Following to meetings with directors from the different areas (communication, marketing, design, digital, fitting..) and had a walk around in the main office to understand how they create the collections.

The Process

I started putting together all the information i had from the client and my notes over the research phase to identify the types of Promod customers and how the digital ideas could better reflect a strong, international, digital and customer orientated.
